Blackview BL6000 Pro Review: not afraid of water, shoots well
What is a typical secure phone? Usually this is a huge case, rubber plugs, mediocre cameras and weak iron. But Blackview decided to dispel the stereotypes. BL6000 Pro features will give a light to many smartphones, while the gadget does not look like a brick. Let's get acquainted with the new product in more detail.

Thanks to the chipset, the smartphone supports 5G networks, although this is not relevant for our country yet. The display is not without flaws
The screen of the BL6000 Pro is represented by a 6.36-inch IPS-matrix with a resolution of FHD+. The detail of the image is excellent, but the color reproduction is not all good. The colors look faded, but you can't adjust them in the options. On a white background, you can see the uneven illumination around the camera cutout and at the bottom of the panel. The indicator of the maximum brightness of the gadget is sufficient to work under direct sunlight. The minimum level in the dark causes discomfort. The display is covered with Gorilla Glass 3 with a high-quality oleophobic coating, which is not available in the factory protective film. Above the screen, an LED notification indicator was placed, which is so lacking in modern models.
The cameras are commendable
The main camera is represented by the popular Sony IMX582 module at 48 MP, which can be found, for example, in the Xiaomi Mi 9T and Samsung Galaxy A51. It is complemented by a 13-megapixel wide-angle camera with a 120-degree viewing angle and an auxiliary VGA sensor. All lenses are slightly recessed into the body, which protects them from scratches. From the useful — in the application for shooting there are professional and night modes.
Chips from the manufacturer
The smartphone is running Android 10 OS with a proprietary shell without a name. The system is fast, the interface is flipped without slowing down. Note that the vendor promises to update the gadget to the eleventh version of the "green robot" soon. The firmware is distinguished by its own icon style, settings design, and pre-installed software. Among the useful programs, we note a set of tools (noise meter, barometer, level, plumb line, protractor) and a utility for freezing applications. From the unnecessary — a few old games from Gameloft, which are easy to remove. By the way, some releases flatly refuse to be installed from the Play Store (Asphalt 9), and others constantly crash during operation (Geekbench).
A dedicated button is located on the left side of the device. You can interact with it in three ways: single, double, and long-press. Each task is assigned a specific task, whether it's turning on a flashlight, taking a screenshot, or opening an app. A fingerprint sensor is hidden in the power key. It does not function very quickly, and it rarely works the first time. But the smartphone supports USB OTG technology, and also has an NFC module for contactless payments.
